Apply your artwork to the template.
Once your artwork is ready for submission, please ensure to name your art files to match your mailing or PO number for easy identification. Additionally, include a zipped file containing the PDF generated from the template, along with the vector files and font files required for a seamless processing experience. Our informative video will walk you through the process of seamlessly incorporating your art into the chosen template, ensuring top-notch printing quality and precise envelope converting.

Upload the completed template with your artwork.
Ready to submit your art file? Simply click the upload artwork button and attach your files. Choose your Account Manager from the options provided, or if you’re unsure, select Prepress. For any inquiries or assistance, feel free to contact your dedicated Account Manager or reach out to us at
