Scott became the President and CEO of Kenmore Envelope Company in January 2019. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Sales growing the company over 450% during a 14 year span. He serves on the board of the Envelope Manufacturing Association as the Chairman of Membership and Marketing. He is also a member of the Tugboat Institute for Evergreen companies that believes in the 7p’s and putting people first. You will hear Scott talking about Speed Wins as he understands how important time to market is for clients. In his free time, he enjoys competing in triathlons, cycling, running, and mountain biking with his three boys and spending time with his family.

Kristin joined the Kenmore team after managing a distribution center and online store for 8 years. During her tenure at Kenmore, she has spent time across departments leading her to the role of Chief Operating Officer. With over 15 years of leadership experience, she focuses her time into driving the company’s mission & vision and bringing those values to life. In order to do so, she believes in collaborating with team members to find solutions for continued growth. When she isn’t busy pushing the envelope, she leads a local Mastermind group to expand her knowledge and continue her love of lifelong learning. She most enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and their puppy.

As CFO, Zach is responsible for all of Kenmore’s accounting and corporate finance functions. He also leads and manages the human resources and IT teams. Prior to joining Kenmore in 2019, Zach spent nearly a decade in public accounting providing audit, tax, and advisory services to primarily large private manufacturers and government contractors. He is a licensed CPA in Virginia and a member of the AICPA and VSCPA. He earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting at VCU and his MBA at the University of Massachusetts. Zach loves big dogs, enjoys the mountains, and is an avid traveler—although updating his original 1960’s house has recently taken up much of his time. His favorite destinations so far are Windhoek, Namibia and Dubrovnik, Croatia.
