Kenmore Envelope Company is a high end commercial printer that specializes in custom envelopes for the Direct Mail industry. Our clients include multiple Fortune 500 companies and agencies throughout the United States. The company has had aggressive growth over the past 10 years and has been in business since the late 1960s.
We are seeking an Warehouse Office Coordinator who has the skills and know-how to be successful in this role, AND has a great work ethic, attitude, and wants to be a vital part of our team.

To lead in an organized, efficient, and timely manner the administrative responsibilities and hands-on support for shipping, receiving, and warehousing of materials and products.
responsibilities and duties.
1) Customer Service and Administrative Support
- Serve as liaison between the warehouse and other parties
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence related to warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties as necessary to meet customer requirements while focusing on fostering positive and cohesive relationships.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare reports and other documents as requested.
2) Order Processing
- Effectively process orders and accurately create shipping documents.
- Assist with monitoring and tracking shipments.
- Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies.
- Assist with inbounding receiving as needed.
- Collaborate with freight partners to assist with coordinating delivery and scheduling delivery appointments.
- Assist with updating shipping database.
3) Inventory Management
- Update inventory records as needed in WMS.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Help coordinate movement of product between manufacturing and the warehouse. Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts and audits.
4) Safety and Compliance
- Assist with maintaining safety protocols and compliance with warehouse policies.
- Ensure that all paperwork and documentation meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Support training efforts related to safety procedures and warehouse operations.
- Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by company management.
